What working together looks like
I keep things simple and stress-free. Here’s how it works:
ONBOARDING
Once you’re booked in, you’ll get a welcome email, an onboarding questionnaire, and your start date confirmed. I use the questionnaire to really get under the skin of your brand before I touch a thing.
DESIGN
I’ll create a homepage mockup in Adobe XD so you can see exactly where we’re heading before any building starts. You’ll have a chance to feedback and tweak until it feels right.
BUILD
Once you’ve signed off the design, I get to work. I build your full store, send it over for feedback at key stages, and don’t move forward until you’re happy.
GO LIVE
We’ll jump on a call together to go live, and I’ll record a personalised walkthrough so you know exactly how to use your new store.
SUPPORT PERIOD
After launch, you’re not left on your own. I’ll check in, make sure everything’s running smoothly, and be there if you need anything.

How long does a Shopify Set Up take?
Most builds take 4 to 5 weeks from start to finish. The timeline depends on how quickly we can get feedback from each other and how many products need to go live. The more responsive you are, the smoother it goes.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
You’ll fill in an onboarding questionnaire once you’re booked in, which helps me get a proper feel for your brand. It also helps to have your logo, brand colours, product photos, and product information ready to go. Don’t worry if you’re not 100% there yet, we can talk through it.
Do I need to know anything about Shopify?
Not a thing. That’s what I’m here for. Once your store is live, I’ll record a personalised walkthrough so you know exactly how to use it going forward.
What happens after my support period ends?
You won’t just be left to figure it out on your own. If you need ongoing help after your support period, I offer other services that might be a good fit, just get in touch and we’ll work out what you need.
