ONBOARDING
Once you’re booked in, you’ll get a welcome email, an onboarding questionnaire, and your start date locked in. The questionnaire helps me get properly under the skin of your brand before I change a thing.
DESIGN
I’ll create a homepage mockup in Adobe XD so you can see where we’re heading before anything changes on your live store. You’ll have the chance to feedback and tweak until it feels right.
BUILD
Once you’ve signed off the design, I get to work refreshing your store. I’ll send it over for feedback at key stages and won’t move forward until you’re happy.
GO LIVE
We’ll jump on a call together to go live, and I’ll record a personalised walkthrough of your refreshed store so you know exactly what’s changed and how to use it.
SUPPORT PERIOD
After launch you’re not on your own. I’ll check in to make sure everything is running as it should.

Most projects take 3 to 4 weeks from start to finish. The timeline depends on how quickly we can give each other feedback and how much needs refreshing. The more responsive you are, the smoother it goes.
Do you work on any Shopify theme?
Yes, I work across a range of Shopify store purchased themes. If you’re not sure whether yours is suitable, just get in touch and I’ll let you know.
Will my store stay live while you work on it?
Yes, I work on a development version of your store so there’s no disruption to your live site or your customers.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
Your onboarding questionnaire covers most of it, but it helps to have any updated brand assets ready, such as a new logo, photos, or updated product information.
What happens after my support period ends?
If you need ongoing help after your support period, I offer other services that might be a good fit. Just get in touch and we’ll work out what makes sense.
